Default: Client-ready at all times
Philosophy
Our headquarters reflects a professional trading desk and a luxury real estate brokerage. Your appearance should communicate competence, discipline, and professionalism the moment you walk in.
Tier 1 — Client-Facing & Trading Floor (Required)
Monday–Friday • During trading & client hours
Men
- Tailored suit or blazer with dress slacks
- Collared dress shirt (button-down or fitted)
- Dress shoes or premium loafers
- Tie optional; required for investor meetings, media, and showings
Women
- Blazer with tailored slacks, skirt, or professional dress
- Blouse or structured top
- Closed-toe heels, flats, or professional footwear
Required Standards
- Clean, pressed, fitted clothing
- Neutral or luxury tones: black, navy, charcoal, white, beige (subtle gold accents ok)
- Accessories should be minimal and professional
Tier 2 — Training & Internal Sessions
Live training weeks • Non-client hours
Business Casual (Polished)
- Collared shirts, blouses, or fitted tops
- Slacks, chinos, or professional skirts
- Clean, professional shoes
- Still must be client-appropriate if guests or clients are present
Waterfront Terrace / Lounge
Business casual is permitted, but attire must remain client-appropriate at all times.
Not Permitted (Any Area of HQ)
- Athletic wear, gym shorts, sweatpants, or leggings as pants
- Flip-flops, slides, or beach sandals
- Graphic tees, slogans, or promotional clothing
- Distressed/ripped items or oversized clothing
- Hats/caps inside the facility (except medical or religious)
Grooming & Presentation
- Hair clean and professionally styled
- Facial hair groomed and maintained
- Fragrance minimal and professional
- Visible tattoos should be neutral or covered during client/investor hours
- LPS badge/credential visible in trading floor and client areas
Investor & Media Days
Elevated standard required: full professional attire (suit or formal business dress).
Enforcement
- First reminder: Verbal notice
- Second reminder: Removal from trading floor for the day
- Repeated violations: Review of program access privileges
